The following are the main changes:

1. Shanyi will succeed Zhao as director and CEO as well as executive committee member.

2, Shaolin transferred to the board, and become a member of the Executive Committee

3. Swanwen was appointed as a non-executive Director

Data show that Shanyi joined Tcl Group in March 2004, the former TCL Multimedia Chief Marketing officer, general manager of Overseas business Headquarters, Management Executive committee members and TCL Group vice president and other positions.
