Zhengzhou Trans-boundary trade e-commerce service project launches national pilot

Zhengzhou approved Cross-border Trade e-commerce services pilot project ("E Trade"), that is, the use of the Bonded Logistics center in Henan import bonded, tax rebate, international distribution and other functions, the Cross-border E-commerce products to take export products into the region tax refund, import products out of the region tax management measures, At the same time, using the management team of overseas international Logistics distribution system, the establishment of a Zhengzhou as the core of the global Logistics Supply chain service system in Henan.

As the project contractor, Henan Bonded Logistics center will set up the domestic famous expert consultant as the core professional team, service the e-business demand of the large enterprises such as Alibaba, ebay, Foxconn and so on, and introduce the third party payment platform trading system, such as Alipay, PayPal and UnionPay, To establish a comprehensive Cross-border trade service platform which conforms to the market law and the national regulatory needs, and aims to reduce the logistics and transaction costs of E-commerce in enterprises.
