In this test, 9.7% of the consumer is not satisfied with the functional characteristics of mobile phones, 7.2% of consumers of mobile phone design is not satisfied with the main problem is that the shell material poor, easy to wear fade and so on. Mobile phone after-sales service needs to be improved survey shows that consumers in the mobile phone purchase, the use of all aspects of quality evaluation, the "mobile phone manufacturers after-sales service" rating on the low, only 6.9 points (10 points), significantly lower than the score higher "Meet consumer Requirements" (8.6), "mobile phone quality" (8.2 points), "  Mobile phone use of convenience "(8.2 points)," mobile phone Store service Quality "(8.1) and so on.
