That's why we became an electric dealer later. Our company became a electric business enterprise, we are Lo Zhenyu as he saw the Chinese traditional enterprise transformation of the Internet electric power business is the most successful enterprise, why is this?

Originally I have a very beautiful picture, is the best one in my life, can be a background. But the organizing committee still thinks this one is better, right? At this moment, in front of the excavator, all the pictures are not good enough.

Let me start by talking about what happened in 2004. That year, we actually just started a business two years, the company is relatively small. Our marketing director suddenly left, I couldn't stay, and later found out that he had set up a company like me. At that time I was sad, even some fear.

In fact, a lot of companies will have such a thing, but he is a very important person. Because at that time our domestic marketing 80%, is his team to do. To keep it from happening again, I think I'm going to create a system. 2005, when we had a key component to import, always feel that is a constraint. I just wondered if we could do it ourselves. It's not too hard to find this thing through research. To do what we have done, set up a workshop to make it. But because of this, I was wondering if I could use the project to unite the few remaining executives.

I called them up and told them, Finn, we've been doing it for 500,000, and we've made some money. We must not underestimate 500,000, 500,000 created a lot of great companies, such as Alibaba.

Later I learned in private that some of them were injured. They have been in other companies before, and bosses have mentioned similar schemes, and the results are not honoured. Later I had no way to bully and lure, one by one, and finally there were four, six of whom four agreed to my plan. One of them invested 100,000 yuan, I let him become the general manager, the other three people each invested 50,000 dollars as shareholders. The remaining two people still do not join, these two people later regretted a lifetime.

After their money came in, I suddenly found them a few really very desperately to do this thing, 7 months on this product trial out. So we started putting this in production in 06, and I was under the impression that I did more than 4 million of the business in the first year. Because each time is not only the opportunity to invest, the most important thing is that there will be a leader, can become a shareholder-level general manager. In our company, at least you have to take up more than 10% of the shares you can sit in this position.

I was wondering if it would be possible to sell something like this on the Internet, because this is the day. All my friends told me that it was impossible. This problem cannot be solved.

But I feel that the time has come to this day, if I do not move in the future will certainly regret. For example, 10 years from now, should we buy everything on the Internet? In fact, did not wait until 10 years, today we see no, almost can't think of anything can not be bought online.

At that time I think I do such a company, it must be from the manufacturer, like Millet from the factory to the consumer, have good cash flow of the company. Cash flow I don't speak here because it's business. Then, there are services, installation, pre-sales, after-sales service. Because in the end, this product we need to have to provide pre-sales and after-sales service company.

But the biggest headache is, before this, we set up four employees to be major shareholders, as the general manager of the company, all make money, and the income is quite high. Previous leaders are I to specify, because in our company I am the eldest, the boss said what is what.

But when I get to this company, I have a headache. You think about, a make, although things are good, but we have never done brand, consumer-oriented brand, suddenly to do. A metaphor, Foxconn suddenly said I want to make an apple, you think how can you turn over? We are the equivalent of Foxconn in this industry, of course, our industry is not as big as the mobile phone industry.

So then I finally came up with a plan: Our company has a kind of ballot, you have to fill in. At that time, there were 14 teams enrolled in the first competition, why are so many people enrolled? 14 teams were involved, with approximately 60 employees and an average of four individuals per team. It is because the four companies in front of us make money, and their general manager earns a good income, so the employees are convinced of our company to do this thing.

But they never thought about how difficult it was for a Foxconn to turn into an apple, did they? So faith is there. Then how did this vote be designed, the first line is the 14 people you choose, for example, the second line is how much you vote for him, not how many points you give him, but how much money you want to put into the company, at least 50,000 yuan, the third line is to sign your name, it is so simple.

Think about it, if you're faced with such a vote, who do you think you're going to vote for? The first is the reliable, the second is to say that the ability to operate. Because you want him to make money, right? The first one is because you don't want him to run away with the money.

Did you find it? The person who chooses, the first is the morals, the second is only. So I'm telling you today, people who are elected in renminbi are both political and moral, right? Other methods are unreliable. And then there's a third benefit, and then we find that the third benefit is better than the previous two benefits.

Any company, unless your company is very small, there must be a sort bar. Small Zhang Row first, pony row second, all the way down. If I suddenly want to leapfrog, for example, I promoted the eighth Pony, the first seven are not happy, right? Because everyone thinks they are very strong, so often we in the promotion of important cadres, you will find the promotion of a person, offend several people.

But we can do it right now. I used to have colleagues tell me, you see you so many years, now it is my turn? I was so miserable that I knew it was his turn, but I couldn't. I want to be a company selling things on the internet, this time is very simple, you campaign, as long as our brothers below are willing to vote for you, then I vote for you.

He often dared not, for what? At this time, usually do not have this kind of management ability, especially have the internet gene of these relatively older employees, often dare not. He thought about it too, because he was optimistic about the project and he couldn't, the only way was to put the money in the line.

What's going to happen? If the man goes up, he will certainly do his best to support his work, because the veteran comrades in the company must be prestigious, but also influential. So this is one of the most important benefits, and the company will not cause confusion because of your leapfrog promotion.

When the company is running this competition, I want to find some judges, because I think I am not enough. I just got into ceibs, in 09. And he wants to buy a house, which is the biggest problem that all of us, especially the male compatriots in the big cities, are facing. Young people can not be too rich when starting a business, for example, he has 1 million of the money, if he does a 5 million project, he is 20% of the shareholders; if he does a 500 million project, he is nothing. Right? Worse than working.

So after this method is used, you will find that companies that need to invest very much will become very small in investment. In fact, it's good for all the investors in it, and the risk of the whole company is down. And when the employee is involved, he will work hard.

So what I don't understand is that we have a lot of bosses who like to take his fair-weather friends and like to turn them into partners who have nothing to do with him outside. is not willing to turn his employees into partners, this is I very do not understand, employees with you all the way, for you desperately, why not them? Is the money that employees bring is paper? Well, the money the employee brought is money.

I am China's first batch of Tesla owners, I think this is the world's greatest product, in today's society, more than Apple. The first time I saw this kind of car in Silicon Valley, I was very excited because it was actually a mobile internet terminal, not just a car.

But then, after a thought, since we have to talk to the hotel along the way, why not just give it to repair a charge of the road back?

So then we had a plan, and our plan was simple. Do you want the traditional plan, how to repair the charging road? But you know, when you don't supervise, he might use the company to do bad things, right? How can we fundamentally solve this problem? Only values can be solved.

Originally I have not thought well, how to twist the values, because our education leads to our values is wrong. We all have money and we have to do business with money. But this is a degree, for example, Zhengzhou's 28 tons of black-hearted salt. Because your values are wrong, you have no sense of social responsibility.

But when I found a way to do the public good, our employees became different, and they knew what it was, and it was clear.
