Tang Matrick (Don Mattrick), who will be the company's new CEO next week, will receive a total value of $50 million in the next few years, mainly in the form of equity awards, according to a Wednesday regulatory filing by the US casual gaming developer, Zynga, Beijing, July 4 morning.

Zynga also provided 1,785,714 "incentive-granting" caps for the target value of $5 million and a 7,357,143-share buy option, with a target value of $10 million, but to be exercised at the end of the third, fourth and fifth years of his tenure.
