Zynga sued for infringement 12 games

Sina Science and technology news Beijing time of August 17, the United States game company Agincourt Gaming today sued the social game provider Zynga infringement, asked Zynga to close its "FarmVille" and "Mafia Wars" and other well-known games. Agincourt Gaming sued Zynga in Wednesday to the U.S. Delaware State District Court, saying Zynga violated two of its patents.  The two patents were obtained by Agincourt Gaming in 1996, mainly about virtual rewards in games.  Agincourt Gaming asked Zynga to compensate for losses and stop operating 12 games that violate its patents, including popular games such as "FarmVille" and "Mafia wars". Zynga submitted its IPO application on July 1 and plans to raise 1 billion dollars. Zynga has yet to comment on this, and Zynga sued Brazilian gaming company Vostu infringement in June this year.
