Chinabyte March 8 News, according to foreign media reports, the Commercial Software Alliance (BSA) Thursday released the 2013 Global Cloud Computing Evaluation Research Report. The report notes that BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China) are still lagging far behind developed countries in key policymaking on future cloud computing, but four countries have made some progress over the past year. In its second annual cloud computing report, the 1-12-member Business Software Alliance, which includes Microsoft and other US industry giants, points out that the Brics are all in the 24 countries surveyed.
