   (1)dll：http://down.51cto.com/data/442606  
   (2）在php下輸出 echo  phpinfo()；查看php的版本,以及是否  ts/nts vc6/vc9
   (3)觀察phpinfo中 extension_dir 和  php.ini的正確路徑
   (4)把下載好的dll放入到extension_dir下
   (5)根據info提供的php.ini路徑 找到對應的php.ini開啟並添加 extension=php_memcache.dll
   (5)重啟apache  重新整理查看phpinfo中是否存在memcached
