def test(self):
  print "hello"


def test1():
  print "hello1"


class Obj:
  def RegistAttr(self, name, value):
    self.__dict__[name] = value


a = Foo()
setattr(Foo, "b", test)
a.b()


x = Obj()
x.RegistAttr("y", test1)
x.y()
x.z = test1;
x.z()
