PHP實現的一個簡單的資料庫操作類

實現的功能：

- 在執行個體化的時候能設定串連字元集

- 在執行個體化的時候能串連資料庫

- 在執行個體化的時候能選擇預設資料庫

- 銷毀對象時關閉資料庫
