關於 Fatal NI connect error 12170

在 sqlnet.log 中錯誤如下：

於是增大 sqlnet.ora 中的參數：
SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 30
SQLNET.RECV_TIMEOUT = 30
SQLNET.SEND_TIMEOUT = 30

在 listener.ora 增加：
INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_LISTENER = 30

重啟監聽器：
lsnrctl reload
