添加視圖和多視圖模板到Carbide C++ V1.3

1、更改plugin.xml(Carbide.c++ v1.3\plugins\com.nokia.cdt.templates_1.3.0.024\plugin.xml)，添加以下內容

2、解壓壓縮檔，添加模版到下面目錄
Carbide.c++ v1.3\plugins\com.nokia.cdt.templates_1.3.0.024\templates\com\nokia\cdt\templates

3、刪除下面兩個緩衝目錄
Carbide.c++ v1.3\configuration\org.eclipse.core.runtime
Carbide.c++ v1.3\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi
