如果你首次登陸的話，這個頁面會報黃頁，然後提示這裡出問題了。。

但是你重新整理一下，它就好了。。。

如何解決了，我的方式如下：

1:在MSDN下載最新的Silverlight版本，然後更新。

2：找到類似C:\Program Files\Microsoft Silverlight\4.0.60831.0 

這樣的檔案夾。找到System.Windows.dll

3:Copy到你的項目中，並進行引用,clean Solution  and Rebuild Solution.

4:錯誤不再重現。
