rdesktop串連中文windows xp後，使用 alt+shift切換IME失效

rdesktop串連中文windows xp後，使用 alt+shift 切換IME失效的原因是，alt+shfit在X desktop上被映射到meta_l上了，

所以解決方案有兩個：

1.將alt+shift映射取消掉，只要在運行rdesktop的命令之前先運行xmodmap -e "keysym Alt_L = Alt_L"就可以了；
2.不取消映射，然後將windows切換IME的快速鍵改成ctrl+shfit，就好；這是如果已經按了alt+sfhit，可以再按幾下alt，就可以回複正常了。
