aix nim配置及client安裝系統

一、準備工作
1、編寫/etc/hosts檔案
ip master
ip client
2、備份一台aix
smit mksysb   （cp到/nim/mksysb;這裡資源也可以通過cd來建立）


二、安裝及配置
1、安裝
lslpp -l | grep nim
2、設定NIM MASTER
smit nim
Configure the NIM Environment
       -->Advanced Configuration
       -->IMitialize the NIM Master Only
          輸入網路名稱和網路介面

2、建立安裝資源（lpp）類型
smit nim
      -->create Perform NIM Administration Tasks
      -->Manage Resources
      -->Define a Resourse
          選擇mksysb  
          輸入資源名稱：lppsource_yujing
          server_of_Resource:master(F4選擇server)
          Location of Resource：/nim/mksysb/mksysb_6107.img
          
             


3、建立SPOT資源
smit nim
      -->create Perform NIM Administration Tasks
      -->Manage Resources
      -->Define a Resourse
          選擇spot
          輸入資源名稱：spot_yujing
          server_of_Resource: master
          source of install image:lppsource_yujing
          Location of Resource:/nim/mksysb/




4、定義NIM用戶端
smit nim
      -->create Perform NIM Administration Tasks
      -->manage machines
      -->define a machine
         輸入hosts裡面定義的用戶端命令


5、client 系統安裝做準備
smit nim
     -->Perform NIM software installation and Maintenance Tasks
     -->install and update software
        選擇machines或者groups
        選擇安裝type ------------mksysb
        選擇lpp資源  lppsource_yujing
        選擇spot資源 spot_yujing
               注意：ACCEPT NEW license agreements  ----------yes
                           reboot                     --------no








6、NIM用戶端上的MKSYSB恢複
   1）、hmc從sms啟動，選擇 Setup Remote IPL
   2）、選擇與NIM master 通訊的網卡
   3）、NIM master 和 NIM client 的IP 位址,網關 和 子網路遮罩 
        回上層菜單，做與NIM master  連通測試
   4）、從SMS  中選擇　boot option , 選擇 network
