AJAX Control Toolkit Error-Could not load file or assembly ‘vjslib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=n

While I was compiling the AJAX Control tookit, I am getting the following error.

Error 1 Could not load file or assembly 'vjslib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. C:\Program Files\Microsoft ASP.NET\ASP.NET 3.5 AJAX Extensions\TemplateVSI\TemplateVSI.csproj 43 5 TemplateVSI

Has anyone gotten this to work?

Install the J# redistributable…
