oracle資料庫的一次異常起停處理。

在重啟資料庫的時候，忘記把一個應用關停了，想起來的時候，就ctrl+c,把資料庫shutdown immediate 給強制停下了，把該應用再停止，然後shutdown immdiate，這時候資料報錯了。

1.查看共用記憶體資源
