Android 判斷GPS是否開啟

判斷手機GPS是否開啟
下邊這小段代碼是用來判斷手機的GPS服務是否為開啟狀態.如果是就提示使用者GPS已經開啟.

如果現在GPS 處於關閉狀態,那麼給使用者一個提示, 然後開啟GPS設定介面,讓使用者更改GPS為啟動狀態.
