按照文章的連結的步驟，實現GCM-HTTP在client 和app server之間的部署。連結一下供須要的同學參考。

在從本地Server移植到web server遇到的問題：

1.Google Api Key是綁定serverIP的，所以在本地換到Web的時候，Google Api Key須要又一次申請；

2.假設server端CURL不可用，那麼推送就會出問題，須要安裝CURL模組
