由於我大天朝將google屏蔽的原因，在更新android SDK的時候，可能速度慢還是個小問題，重要的是你更新的時候出各種錯誤，比如錯誤 Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list.xml, reason:
File not found，在網上搜羅了一圈，發現有一種解決辦法如下：① 改hosts檔案的方法，更新速度較快，Windows在C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc目錄下，Linux使用者開啟/etc/hosts檔案。
② 開啟檔案後添加以下內容

#這行是為了方便開啟Android開發官網 現在好像不翻牆也可以開啟
74.125.113.121 developer.android.com
#更新的內容從以下地址下載
203.208.46.146 dl.google.com

So if you are using Windows 7 and you have installed android-sdk under 'C:\Programs' then you have to run the sdk as administrator!Windows Start --> Programs --> android --> android-sdk --> right mouse click --> run as administrator.This helped, now I am able to install new packages.
