android解決”The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured“問題

最近使用android經常會報錯The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.在網上找了很多種解決方案都不成功，比如說'abd kill-server'然後'adb start-server'之類的，照著做之後，所顯示的結果為‘*server not running*’，然後'ADB server didn't ACK, fail to start XXX'之類的。

試了好久，考慮是不是這個進程重名導致被佔用了？開啟資源管理員，發現貌似真的有‘adb’的進程，關掉之後再執行'adb start-server'，然後輸出'xxx started successfully'，重啟eclipse，問題目測得到解決。
