Description描述

Sets the value of one element in a primitive array.

設定一個基本數組一個元素的值。

This function is a special case of SetShortArrayRegion(), called with region size set to 1.

這個函數是一個特殊情況的SetShortArrayRegion()，就是region大小設定為1時。
