Web項目引用了其它的類項目，開啟Bin一看，下面是空的，才想起來之前做備份的時候執行了清理解決方案，這次發布的時候沒有重建，重建之後，把Bin目錄下的檔案複製到發布目錄的Bin目錄下，問題解決。
