AspPing提供命令列程式ping相同的準系統，AspPing是免費的，沒有免費的支援人員
安裝：
將dll檔案，拷貝到一個子目錄，例如NT的目錄winntsystem32，win95/98的目錄windowssystem.
註冊dll檔案，命令列將目前的目錄換到該目錄，然後鍵入:
regsvr32 aspping.dll
