Asp.net(c#)實現多線程斷點續傳

以前一直錯誤的認為在ASP.NET中無法通過編程方式實現多線程斷點續傳，今天終於獲得了這樣一個解決方案，讓我明白要學習的東西還很多。
此解決方案基於其它解決方案及相關資料，根據我自己的理解改進.如有錯漏，請儘管指出;如有其它更好的解決方案，請推薦一下，感謝先。

        此解決方案已根據playyuer 提出的問題作了更新，另外在輸出前調用了Response.Clear();方法。
