asp.net利用RAR實現檔案壓縮解壓縮

如果伺服器上安裝了RAR程式，那麼asp.net可以調用RAR實現檔案壓縮與解壓縮。
不過要注意的是，由於Web程式不能直接調用用戶端的程式（除非用ActiveX，ActiveX幾乎被廢棄），所以如果要想實現讓使用者把本地檔案用網頁解壓縮只有把檔案上傳到伺服器上再調用伺服器上的RAR壓縮，同理要解壓縮本地的RAR檔案可以把檔案上傳到伺服器解壓再拿回來。
