1. 首先，需要對Scott賬戶進行解鎖，輸入：alter user scott account unlock；這時，提示scott賬戶到期並且密碼到期（expired）；

2. 然後，查看scott賬戶有效期間，輸入：select  * from dba_profiles s where s.profile = 'default' and resource_name = 'password_life_time';

3. 接著，設定scott賬戶的有效期間為無限，輸入：alter profile default limit password_life_time unlimited;

4. 最後，修改scott賬戶的密碼為root，輸入：alter user scott identified by root。
