初學者,重裝wamp後出現異常：configured - resuming normal operations

菜鳥求救,重裝wamp後出現錯誤：configured -- resuming normal operations
系統內容：win7 64位旗艦版
之前裝過wamp，都是正常的。
後面由於代碼和資料庫更新後出問題，卸載掉wamp後再重裝後就一直有該錯誤。
phpstudy也試過，還是該錯誤。
vc庫都有裝。
