菜鳥求救：php擷取元素ID根據id不同調用不用的檔案並解析模板

上面是我自己寫的，實現不了自己要的效果啊！這樣的寫法url路徑是help?q=$$$$、help?r=$$$$可以訪問,但不是我要的url效果，我想達到help?u=q、help?u=r可以訪問的方式。請問怎麼能做到呢？
