微軟的首席StreamInsight 專案經理發布的一篇部落格 Big Data, Hadoop and StreamInsight，微軟的大資料解決方案中包含  Microsoft StreamInsight 和微軟的 Hadoop-based Services for Windows

Microsoft還計劃推出運行於Windows Server之上Hadoop預覽版，已經提供下載https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Survey/Survey.aspx?SurveyID=13697 ，並會在6月29日提供最終版本。Microsoft還將在Hadoop上整合Active Directory和System Center。Microsoft的更多的大資料計劃將會在今年6月公布。
