1，具體步驟網上有，需要注意的是，如果是maven項目，需要先下載maven，配置環境變數，再在eclipse-windows -- preference -- maven，選擇usersetting，將usersetting的路徑設成你的maven下config的setting.xml , 如 D:\software\apache-maven-3.5.4\conf\settings.xml

2，點擊ecllipse右上方的open perspective 按鈕，選擇 spring 環境；

3，就可以新疆springboot項目了
