今天翻閱了關於BPM的書籍，一點點心得總結如下：

 

1.bmp好處
Formalize existing process and spot needed improvements
Facilitate automated, efficient process flow
Increase productivity and decrease head count
Allow people to solve the hard problems

2.bmp適用範圍
面向過程的應用（The Process-Oriented Application）

3. 標準：BPEL，BPML,BPMN，Choreography （two previous approaches to choreography: Web Services Choreography Interface (WSCI) and Web Services Conversation Language (WSCL).），WfMC，Business Process Definition Meta Model (BPDM) and Business Process Runtime Interface (BPRI) ，BPSS
其中BPEL最值得研究

4.workflow v.s. bpm
workflow傾向於自動化
bpm更傾向於整合：bmp核心是通過web service 把各個業務（獨立應用）整合
5.bpm有自己的一系列模式
