C# 檔案壓縮加解密

1.這種方式也可以做到對檔案的加密壓縮，解密解壓縮，只是在壓縮和解壓縮時會出現壓縮視窗

1.1加密壓縮 

strzipPath：壓縮包路徑

strtxtPath：待壓縮的檔案路徑

password:加密密碼
