C# 隱藏標題列 調整大小 並且移動視窗

隱藏標題列(視窗屬性)：

1、設定在該表單的標題列中是否顯示控制項框：

this.ControlBox = false;

2、設定在該表單的標題為空白：

this.Text = string.Empty;

3、移動視窗：實現Form的函數WndProc
