C#資源檔操作樣本 – 建立資源和讀取資源

1.建立一個Windows應用程式UseRes，用來調用資源。
建立一個類庫Res用來儲存資源檔。

2.為Res項目添加資源檔Res.resx
並添加三個資源：
HongYe.ico
girl.gif
字串strTest值Hello World
3.把Res.resx存取修飾詞由Internal修改為Public
這樣可以在其他項目中調用。
4.為UseRes添加Res項目引用。
5.讀取資源的代碼
