在VS2012中的右鍵中沒有發現"Create Unit Test" 選項，原來需要安裝個補丁：

補丁安裝好後，就可以在程式中的Method上面右擊並建立UnitTest

在VS2102的菜單中選擇 Test -> Windows-> Test Explorer. 就可以運行單元測試了。
