cin.fail()

cin.fail判斷流操作是否失敗.如果輸入失敗就會返回true.

int a;
cin>>a;
if(cin.fail())

{

    cout<<"輸入非整數"<<endl;
}

else

{

..
}

如果要輸入一個整數,你輸入的不是整數(是字母等)

輸入一個字串int 1

0，怎麼把int 和10分別提取出來呢？

你是要解析什麼要樣的字串.如果是固定格式的可用sscanf().
