檢查SMTP地址是否被檢測網站列入黑名單

通常，我們可能因為某些使用者發送了一些非常規郵件，郵件出口地址被一些權威網站列入黑名單，導致大量業務郵件無法正常發送。 這時候，我們可以通過powershell寫一些關於IP地址檢測的指令碼，並列入計劃任務，最大程度上降低郵件出口地址被列入黑名單產生的業務影響，指令碼內容如下：

#擷取頁面資訊

#自訂郵件屬性&內容
