php實現window平台的checkdnsrr函數_php執行個體

PHP的內建checkdnsrr函數只在linux平台有效。使用慣了在window平台不能使用的話給相容性帶來麻煩。

因此寫了個checkdnsrr類比函數在window平台環境使用。
