Thanks for your investigation. There are a few bugs in our conversion based on the snippets you pasted in your post:
    -
$(ConfigurationName) should automatically be converted to
$(Configuration) throughout all the property sheets (looks like we only
do this for the project file). Same for $(PlatformName) that should be
converted to $(Platform)
    - $(IntDir) and $(OutDir) must have a / appended to them during conversion.

We'll fix these bugs. 

As a workaround, add a / at the end of the definition of $(IntDir) and $(OutDir). Let us know if this fixes the build.
