產生錯誤的原因可能不止一種。

我的案例的解決過程是：

c# 開發的wpf程式，在【項目右鍵菜單】-【屬性】-【設定】中，設定了一些參數，這些將會儲存到用戶端電腦目錄下。

當刪除 目錄 C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\[app] 下的檔案後，問題解決了。
