emacs常用配置-注釋/反注釋C++代碼

.emacs配置如下：

備忘：

使用Ctrl+; 按鍵組合，當游標放在行的始端，或者行的中間位置，即為注釋該行代碼

當游標放在行的末端，即為給該行代碼添加註釋。
