composer安裝失敗

一直出現這段錯誤提示，真的不知道怎麼搞，php.ini的openssl已經啟動了，查看phpinfo也能查看到openssl，我用的xampp整合的，php版本為5.6，求教啊，

在命令列裡面 php -m 看一下。可能你是配置的 web 下面的 php.ini 而不是 cli 下面的 php.ini
