Picnic
　　Technical support slang term for problem in chair, not in computer. The term is used to describe a computer user who is the cause of a computer-related problem but insists there is a technical problem with the computer system.

Picnic問題
　　支援人員的俚語，系“坐在椅子上的人的問題，不是電腦的問題”之縮寫。此術語用於描述電腦的使用者是電腦出問題的原因，但他們卻堅持電腦系統存在著技術問題。

VoIM
　　Short for Voice over Instant Messenger, it is a category of products which offer PC-based voice services (VoIP) and also include text-based instant messaging (IM).

IM話音
　　“通過即時通訊傳話音”之英文縮寫，它是一類產品，提供基於PC機的話音服務（即IP語音電話），並包含基於文本的即時通訊。

Spam
　　Electronic junk mail or junk newsgroup postings. Some people define spam even more generally as any unsolicited e-mail.

垃圾郵件
　　電子垃圾郵件或垃圾新聞群組的文章。有些人將垃圾郵件定義得更普遍，任何不請自來的電子郵件都是垃圾郵件。

Spim
　　A type of spam sent over instant messaging services.

Audiocast
　　The trans-mission of audio content over a data network. This term serves as a broad descriptor of any audio content that is not syndicated within an XML enclosure, i.e. a podcast. An audiocast may simply be an MP3 file posted on a server and hyperlinked to from a Web page.

聲播
　　在資料網路上發送聲音內容。這個術語泛指沒有加入到XML包（如泡播）中的任何聲音內容。聲播可以是簡單的MP3檔案，粘貼到一個伺服器，並與一個網頁超連結。

Autocast
　　The transmission of podcasts generated automatically from text.

自播
　　從文本自動產生的泡播的發送。

Blogcast
　　To use a blog as a syndication platform for a podcast. Blogcasters add show notes for each episode in the body of each post and use the XML feed automatically generated by most blogging software for distribution. In practice, blogcasters are described as podcasters.

博播
　　為了使用部落格作為泡播的聯合平台，博播者給每個文章主體中的每一情節增加示範說明，並使用大多數部落格軟體自動產生的XML饋送，進行分發。實際中，博播者被描述成泡播者。
