紅旗Linux下配置FTP，允許root使用者登入__Linux

內容：讓紅旗Linux支援ftp服務，並允許root使用者登入
環境：以下在紅旗Linux DC Server 5.0上測試通過 步驟如下：
1、修改/etc/ftpusers 檔案,在root前插入#符號
2、在控制台的服務中，將proftpd服務的啟動類別設定為自動啟動。
3、啟動proftpd（在服務中啟動或執行命令：service proftpd start)
4、OK! 備忘：
停止ftp服務：service proftpd stop
啟動ftp服務：service proftpd start
