今天正好有需要配置一台Windows 2012 R2的終端伺服器，不過是在工作群組中。本來以為沒什麼問題，最多配置介面比較難找一些。（Windows 2012開始的終端服務/遠端桌面服務的管理介面和之前版本的Windows差異巨大。）結果遇到了不少麻煩。
在安裝好伺服器角色後，包括Remote Desktop Session Host和Remote Desktop Licensing後，需要設定管理員的許可證模式，每使用者或者每裝置。試圖在伺服器管理的介面中配置，結果來了一句需要域環境，頓時感到好麻煩。看來是需要使用powershell來配置了。


先把授權模式改了，再安裝授權，根據以往的經驗（2003時代）終端伺服器可以發現本身的授權服務的。找到這篇文章，可以使用Set-RDLicenseConfiguration –Mode PerUser來更改。

結果，無法設定。提示不存在遠端桌面服務的部署。

接下來，尋找如何使用powershell配置終端服務。於是找到這篇文章。

照著樣子來，用New-RDSessionDeployment來建立，結果還是無法串連（圖裡使用localhost只是舉例，使用真實FQDN並關閉防火牆在本機上運行還是同樣無法串連）

這時候，感到問題似乎不那麼簡單了。工作群組環境看起來沒有那麼簡單了。於是不斷的在網上搜，但是幾乎很少可以搜尋到工作群組環境中如何配置的方法。但是心裡仍然覺得微軟不可能說一定要域才能使用終端服務的，否則也太黑了。找到一篇文章，也是講了一大堆怎麼部署的方法，如何找到設定的地方。雖然在域中可以有UI介面部署，但是也特別不好找。仔細看了第二遍的時候發現，其中有一句Using Group Policy。

然後，開啟組策略編輯器找到Computer Configuraion—Administrative Templates—Windows Components—Remote Desktop Services—Remote Desktop Session Host—Licensing，其中有兩條策略：Use the specified Remote Desktop license servers, Set the Remote Desktop licensing mode。通過這兩條策略終於完成了我需要的授權模式設定和指定授權伺服器。最後診斷結果如下：
