 1. handler function是一個新的線程。

 2. windows下， 如果main thread 阻塞在某個操作（例如讀取輸入 cin）， 則handler function執行有些異常, 大概就是對象的清理工作有問題， 應該和主線程阻塞有關（還沒搞清楚怎麼回事兒）。

 3. 如果程式中某些資源沒有關閉，例如檔案， socket， 那麼程式並不會退出，即使handler function 執行了exit(0)。
