將視頻序列轉換為映像序列

  在視頻處理中，常常需要對視頻序列進行轉換，一方面是為了處理的方便，另一方面也是項目的要求。對視頻序列轉換為映像幀的好像可以逐漸的對圖片序列進行必要的事前處理，比如進行標註、先驗資訊的提取等。這裡借用Opencv平台庫簡單的視頻將一個輸入視頻序列轉換為圖片序列的程式。
