圖片從資料流轉換為字元型,方便網路傳輸 base64轉換

android不能直接利用java裡的base64類,需要自己定義編寫一個編碼類別,從而達到可以在網路中傳輸照片的目的,以下就是構建一個編碼類別型,便於進行網路傳輸。

 

 

構建一個base64類:
