Notes 中建立agent來, remove all documents.

If you received mail titled "Your mail file has been capped!", what will you do?

 

the best way is to archiev all documents and  create a agent to  delete all docuemnts on database.

 

to create a agent way steps:

 

First, open your mail database and choose Create - Agent. Notes displays the Agent Properties box and opens the Programmer's pane.

In the Agent Properties box:

1. Enter "Delete old mail" in the Name field under the Basics tab.

2. In the Trigger section, select "On event," then select "Action menu selection" from the list.

3. For Target, select "All documents in view."

4. Close the Agent Properties box.

In the Programmer's pane:

1. Click the Objects tab in the Info List section, then select Document Selection from the list of objects.

2. Click "Add Condition" at the bottom of the Programmer's pane.

Notes displays the Add Condition dialog box.

3. Select the condition "By Date."

4. Under "Search for documents whose...," select "date created" and "is before" from the lists in the first two fields respectively, then enter 8/1/02 in the rightmost field (the date field).

5. Click Add.

Notes adds the condition to the agent and closes the Add Condition dialog box.

6. Click the Objects tab in the Info List, then select Action from the list of objects.

7. Click "Add Action."

Notes displays the Add Action dialog box.

8. Select "Delete from database" in the Action field.

9. Click Add.

Notes adds the action to the agent and closes the Add Action dialog box.

10. Choose File - Save to save the agent.

11. View - agents, right mouse click, Run.
